With more than 2 decades of experience in developing housing projects in Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate B.C. and various cities in the State of Sonora. He is also president of the State Council for the Promotion of Welfare Activities in Baja California.

Blessings, my name is Pablo Martinez and I have worked for the last 16 years building homes for very low-income people. I love helping people and enjoying time in the ministry with my family since thanks to our mercy we have opened a church in the city of Tecate which we have been serving for I have been serving for almost a decade and a half, blessings.

Joe has a passion for helping others with the gifts God gave him. He has worked in construction for more than 20 years. He loves the sea and loves fishing as well as spending quality time with his family and friends.
