Refund and Donation Policy

At Connecting Ministries MX, we are committed to using every donation to help provide safe and affordable housing for individuals and families in need throughout Mexico.

Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Connecting Ministries MX are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable once they have been successfully processed.

Unlike a purchase of goods or services, a donation is a voluntary contribution made to support our charitable mission. Donations are used to help fund housing projects, purchase building materials, transportation, tools, and other necessary expenses related to serving families and communities in need.

Why We Cannot Provide Refunds

Our projects often require us to purchase materials and organize resources as soon as sufficient funds become available. Donations may therefore be committed or spent shortly after they are received in order to keep construction projects moving and provide assistance as quickly as possible.

Because donated funds can be allocated to materials and project expenses almost immediately, we are unable to guarantee that funds will remain available for a refund.

Our goal is to make the greatest possible use of every contribution by putting donated resources directly toward our mission of helping people who are facing poverty, inadequate housing, homelessness, or other difficult circumstances.

Please Review Your Donation Carefully

Before submitting a donation, please make sure that the amount and payment information are correct. By completing a donation, you acknowledge and agree that the contribution is voluntary and that donations are not refundable.

If you believe that you made a donation in error, were charged more than once for the same donation, or experienced an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the situation.
